Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for defective or damaged products.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • While unboxing, it is advisable to record a video to serve as proof in case of damage claims.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Batteries that have been installed, used, or damaged due to mishandling cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

  • Email us at support@enzoltenergy.com with your order details and proof of defect/damage (images or unboxing video).
  • Our team will inspect and confirm eligibility.
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same product model, subject to stock availability.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after return approval.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
